Intro to Sewing: Market Bag

This workshop is perfect for the beginner with little to no sewing experience or for someone who hasn’t sewn in awhile and needs a refresher before venturing further.  In this class, our goal is to give you an intimidation-free orientation to machine basics like threading a machine, loading a bobbin, sewing a straight seam, and more.   Plus you will leave with your very own custom sewn market bag which is functional, environmentally responsible and offers up great humble brag opportunities!

If you’re new to sewing machines, these classes are prerequisites for taking our other machine-based classes, and for use of our sew by the hour space.

Workshop includes One 3 hour instruction session.  Supplies extra. Full supply list given at time of registration.
