The Sapporo Coat Tuesdays March 24, 31 & April 7

Skill Level

We love this coat for so many reason.  It is genderless and a great skill builder for sewists who have independently completed garments from commercial patterns and want to take on outerwear. Go bold with this dramatic cocoon silhouette and angled seaming. Fully lined and featuring hidden pockets, it can be great for just about any season… choose lightweight fabric for a spring/summer version or cosy wool for cooler weather.  So many options…  cropped and long sleeves, the full length coat and the shorter jacket, and it’ll be your fave go-to piece year round.   To take this class you must have experience independently making garments from commercial patterns but no outerwear experience required.
