Returns
No returns on cut fabric. Patterns, books and items that are not cut to order can be returned for credit within 2 weeks of purchase. If you require a return for an online order, reach out to us at hello@patchhalifax.com for return authorization. Return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser.
Shipping
We ship online orders using a variety of carriers – FedEx, UPS, Purolater, Canpar depending on your location. Your tracking will be sent to you within 48 hours of your purchase. We do not ship to post office boxes. On rare occasions, if you are remote, we will ship by Canada Post. If we ship Canada Post you will not receive tracking and we will be in touch before sending to confirm this with you.
